Yes, this was recorded for the show, it counts. Couldn't he have thought of a second joke per character?

Looks like it was recorded in a corner on somebody's lunchbreak. Same with too many impressionists, the voices aren't bad but the material is a bit rubbish. Though a top ten single is an achievement.
How it got top ten was beyond me, but it would have appealed to the same record buyers that bought Trail of the Lonesome Pine and Renta Santa, the Christmas novelty hits. When I was watching that clip earlier I felt I was back in Christmas 1975.
